Integration is how you stabilize emotions, peak experiences, and transformation into grounded, practical wisdom. Its about creating coherence in your nervous system so you can feel more whole, more resilient and connected. Integration asks you to get comfortable with discomfort, to slow down and bring your healing and lessons into daily life. 

Integration asks you to be fully with what arises with sensitivity, care and gentle patience and fully feel and face what arises instead of avoiding it. It means creating space to step back and look at your entire life from a larger perspective and asking for support from those who understand what you are going through. 

Integrating change also requires us to overcome stabilizing forces and inhibitors within our everyday environment. Work, responsibilities, relationship pressures, old habits, well-worn routines and distractions of all sorts swallow up our best intentions to bring our retreat experience home.

Laura is an expert at integrating aha moments and removing barriers to change. She will help you to overcome the biggest challenges to integrating change in four virtual coaching sessions:

  1. Set up your environment for success. We will take a deep dive into your current environment to fix what is no longer working and make space for what is to come.
  2. Discover who you are and what makes you tick. Laura uses a variety of assessments and exercises to find your sweet spot – the convergence of personality, strengths, interests and values.
  3. Create a strategy. Brainstorm ideas, identify action steps and define benchmarks to keep you on track to fully realize your aha vision.
  4. Develop a practice. Laura will help you to slow down, pay attention and cultivate a practice for maintaining health and continued growth!
