Executive or performance coaching is perhaps the most powerful approach to leadership development for mid-level to senior leaders. Laura will help leaders identify their strengths and current competencies, understand how their communication style impacts team members, and focus on identifying and clarifying current goals as well as the appropriate action steps to reach their goals.

How it works:

Each participant may choose four areas of growth to explore through coaching. Growth areas include: Executive Presence, Change management, Career Advancement, Strategic Planning, Emotional Regulation, Managing Up, Creating a Climate of Trust, Stress Management, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Motivating Others, Cultivating a Growth Mindset, Visibility, Influence, Coaching and Developing Others, Focus, Giving/Receiving Feedback, Active Listening, Empowering Others, Empathy, Cognitive Agility, Finding a Work/Life Flow.

The coaching engagement begins with two 75 minute sessions with exercises, assessments and tools to understand what makes you tick and maps to your north star. Momentum sessions (four 30 minute sessions per month) will keep clients on track toward their goals. A typical coaching engagement lasts between three and six months.
